David Neice is an audiophile hobbyist with more than fifty years experience at rotating audio components in and out of stereo systms. In the 1970s he was a founding member of the Toronto Audio Society. He writes extensively on fora for Canuck Audio Mart and has done so for nearly two decades while corresponding with fellow audiophiles world-wide. He holds a DPhil degree from the University of Sussex (UK) in the field of Science and Technology Policy and has taught at several universities and held successive posts as Director of Policy Research in government circles. Presently he is retired and listens to all sorts of music while living at ‘chaos manor’ in Stratford Ontario.
